This is the City Hall located on the corner of Hill Street and Atlanta St.
When you pull in off of Hill Street you will take an immediate left into the parking lot and head to the rear of the building.
City Hall is open for business during this time.
Check-IN is at the RV – not in City Hall. There is no reason for you to go into City Hall.
Look for the RV for check-in – and BRING a photo of your car tag /trailer license number for parking passes.
Load in Times: Please come inside the RV
Friday : 1:00pm – 6:00pm
*(Please do not arrive early – Do not hang out in the parking lot – hoping to be first – This is an operational business and we have to stay out of their way.
Do not set up unless you have checked in at the RV.
DOLLY/WAGON:
You must be prepared to dolly, wagon, or hand truck in all of your things. The City has given us permission to put down rugs/ or mats on the mulch areas only.
Booth Assignments:
Will be given at Load-IN.
This is a new event and the City has not used this park in the past for tent set-up.
Assignments will be given when you arrive and you will be walked to your space.
Weights/ Anchoring:
You must come equipped with a minimum of 40-50lbs per leg to set up.
There is NO staking or tieing on trees.
Event Hours:
Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am till 5:00pm
Parking:
Parking will be restricted on Saturday as the Farmer’s market will be open.
You will not be permitted to park in the City Hall lot.
Trailers:
If you have a trailer – there is available parking in the rear of the lot (check with us and we will provide you instructions at Load-in) – DO NOT TAKE TWO OR THREE SPACES.
If your trailer is not properly tagged it will be towed – the Farmer’s Market will be underway this weekend.
There is NO overnight camper parking at this location.
Farmer’s Market
The Roswell Farmer’s Market – they are utilizing the rear corner of the front parking lot – DO NOT Drive through their event.
They will be open on Saturday from 8:00 am till 12:00noon – Saturday – you should try and capitalize on the opportunity.,
Please be patient and come prepared – Do not try and cram yourself into the RV while someone else is in there, Jennifer and the team are working as fast as they can.
